Opera NUOVA is a charitable, not-for-profit organization, committed to offering a unique blend of innovative performances and artistic excellence as it fulfills its commitment to debuting emerging artists. Its productions serve to further educate and expand the knowledge of different kinds of opera while thoroughly entertaining the public.
Opera NUOVA is committed to eliminating the barriers that keep people from attending the arts and, more specifically, opera. In order to enhance accessibility, it provides high quality productions that feature Canada’s most promising emerging artists in intimate venues with a casual atmosphere and modest pricing.
Because of Opera NUOVA's commitment to modest pricing, the Vocal Arts Festival relies on a vast array of enthusiastic support including corporate sponsorships, government funding, and invaluable volunteer contributions. Especially integral to Opera NUOVA’s support is the Dream Makers Team. By becoming a Dream Maker, you help nurture the Opera NUOVA dream into an ongoing reality.
