Discover Kimberley’s creative entrepreneurs during #LiveLocal #EatLocalYXC
By Powder Matt
There’s an abundance of year-round outdoor adventures on the doorstep of Cranbrook and Kimberley – from snow play to mountain biking and long walks in the woods. All so good for the soul. But there’s another pastime we all need and one we should do locally – especially now — and that’s some retail-therapy.
Discover the entrepreneurs in our backyard and shop and support local in an engaging way. Through a series of #LiveLocal #EatLocalYXC Festival Facebook Live events on FestivalSeekers happening every Thursday, from Oct. 22 to Nov. 12, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m,.you’ll get to know and connect with your creative and entrepreneurial neighbours.
Kimberley is home to many locally-owned cafes, restaurants, retailers, and craft brewers and even a local distiller, giving us plenty of reasons to shop local. Did you know? When you shop locally, 60 cents of every dollar stays in the community, while at the same time you’re helping to support local businesses – your neighbours.
During the #LiveLocal #EatLocalYXC Facebook Live segments, you’ll connect with local creators, foodies, and get details on cool experiences, and professional services.
