Posted:

Just because we're sticking close to home, doesn't me we can't explore beyond.

Try these 6 virtual festivals and events in June that will give you a new perspective on small-town Alberta, BC wine country, coastal creatures, music, and film.

June 8, 8 pm PST/9 pm MST - Interview with a shark scientist

Watch the interview here

Join Doc Pow as he has an ocean-side chat with one of the world’s leading shark scientists and shark videographer, Justin Blake.

Justin did all the Great White footage for BBC for Planet Earth 3, coming out in 2021, which he says will blow our minds.

This one isn't exactly a festival, but it happens on World Oceans Day which we think is pretty cool.
