The Comox Valley is well known as a destination for those looking to enjoy the hot summers, packed with markets, farm-to-table food and fantastic scenery. But thanks to the Vancouver Island Music Fest, the region is also now known for attracting some of the biggest bands in the world. It’s a truly unique musical experience.

Three days jammed with everything from bluegrass to blues, reggae to folk, indie rock to rockabilly and from country to hip-hop and spoken word.  Read all about the little big festival here. The atmosphere will be electric at the Vancouver Island MusicFest.

Spend a glorious three days and nights listening to roots and world music from across Canada and around the world. Six stages, with more than 75 concerts and workshops, onsite riverside camping, kids activities, eco-education areas, workshops, crafts and local food.

The Fairgrounds can accommodate a diverse crowd, with new wheelchair access routes in shaded areas, changes in the parking program and accessible camping sites, VIMF has excellent footprint reduction initiatives such as innovative biodegradable beer cups, and there are several educational activities and programs for all ages.
