A premium tasting event that began in Vancouver years ago, the Hopscotch Festival is now rooted in Kelowna's event calendar. Since last year, the event has been scheduled to have two nights in order to accommodate the high-demand for tickets.
So that's how it goes now: two-nights, four hours each night, over five thousand people all getting a taste and learning about the hundreds of premium beer, scotch, whiskey, and other spirits provided at the Great Tasting Hall.
Held at Kelowna's Curling Club 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Sunday and 1 to 4p.m. on Saturday, spirits both new and old in the local market are showcased.
