The culture and heritage of Chilliwack is what makes this community strong and unique. The Fair is an opportunity to celebrate all that the community has to offer. Despite being the foundation on which it was built, the Fair is about much more than agriculture.

Kickoff Event
As part of the 150 year anniversary of The Chilliwack Fair, Thursday Aug 4 will be a kickoff event to help get the excitement and festivities started.
The Canadian hard rock/grunge band Default will kick start the weekend of festivities with a live show. All the original band members reunite for this legendary show, including country music legend and lead singer, Dallas Smith.
Gates open at 6:00pm and show starts at 7:30pm.
