Vermilion shows its true colours during the annual Art in the Park this fall. Sign up for the art competition or watch as the artists create new works.
Vendors will be showing off their craft throughout the park at the Vermilion Heritage Park.
Art classes
Bring your friends and experience painting in a relaxed, no pressure environment, with guidance from local artist Monica To.
Two adult classes are being offered:
9am - 12pm “Morning Masterpieces”
1 - 4pm “Coffee & Canvases”
$35 +gst per class

Free Lunch & Cinnamon Buns
Enjoy a complimentary lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and fresh-baked cinnamon buns from the brick oven from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., courtesy of major sponsor Inter Pipeline.
The Man Van
The MAN VAN, sponsored by Inter Pipeline, will also be present at the Art in the Park. Canada's first and only mobile men's health clinic, offering free PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) blood testing for men aged 40-80. One in seven men in Alberta will be affected by prostate cancer. When detected early it is very treatable. A PSA blood test from your family doctor or a 10 minute trip to the MAN VAN can aid in early detection. There is no appointment necessary.
