It's that time again. Beers on the patio, Frisbee at the park and best of all - OUTDOOR FESTIVAL TIME! Spread out the calendar and grab the felt pen and start circling dates for an epic summer.

It was a great weekend for beer lovers in the mountain town of Squamish. On Saturday, July 11, IT hosted the first annual Squamish Beer Festival, and it was a deliciously sudsy success. 

Biking, beer, hiking and more beer — sounds like our kind of festival.

The beat of rhythmic drums rise and fall to the swaying pitches of three singers’ voices, which ring through the longhouse-inspired building.
